I was playing with the switchboard as generated from Switchboard manager and then deleted the form. Now I try to go back via Tools..Database Utilities...Switchboard Manager and although I can see and edit the structure I originally specified I cannot get the physical form to recreate (ie does not appear in the form view)
Any ideas, good people of the forum?

Only way I found was to wipe all the entries I made with the utility so that only the 'Main Switchboard' was there, open a new database and generate a new switchboard then copy and paste it.
Seems to have sorted it.

If you have this problem in the future, simply rename the Switchboard Items table. Then the Switchobard manager will create BOTH the form and the table. You can immediately close the switchboard manager, delete the new table and rename the saved original. Then when you reopen the switchboard manager, all your items will be there and the form will be intact.

You can also use this method if you want to convert an A2K or AXP db to A97. If the switchboard was created with the newer version, it will not compile under A97. So just use the above technique to create an A97 version of the Switchboard form in the A97 db.
