Switchboard open automatically

How can i get the switchboard to open automatically, Instead of clicking Access then clicking the form.

Startup

In the tools menu click on stratup.
In there it lets you select a form to open automatically

Either by creating a new macro which says "open form Switchboard"

or '

While your in the DB window (from the menu) select
Tools=> Startup
or Right click the title bar of the DB window and select startup
and specifying the switchboard as startup form.

But i am sure if you search the Access help or use the search button above you would find the same answers.
