Switchboard Problem

Hey Everyone,
I am having a problem with my switchboard. I am trying to have it setup so that everytime one of my user's login, the switchboard pops up. I thought that this was done by selecting default next to the switchboard. I have done this and it does not automatically pop up. Can someone advise me if i am doing something wrong? Again thank you.

Create a macro called "Autoexec".
This will be the first thing that runs after your user has logged in.

Enter the following

Maximize (opens the database in full screen)
Open Form -> Switchboard
