Switchboard problem

i made a switchboard from scratch and when i view the switchboard it has an arrow on the left side and records on the bottom, so it is making it look like i am entering data and it is keeping track of how many times i do it. Please help i am trying to make this look like a switchboard done from the manager.

Form Properties

red, open your form in design view and look at the form's properties. You can turn record selectors, scroll bars, etc on/off from the properties page.
