Hi All,
My client is trying to sync replicas and is running into trouble for some reason.
last week everything worked fine but now they started getting a MaxLocksPerFile msg
so I put DAO.DBengine.SetOptions MaxLocksPerFile, 1000000
in front of the db.synchronize
then
DAO.DBengine.SetOptions MaxLocksPerFile, 9500
to set it back
So....
now I'm getting the message below:
The query cannot be completed. Either the size of ther query result is larger than the maximum size of the data base (2GB) or these is not enough temp storage space on the disk to store the query result
I'm thinking they must have entered heaps of data but all has been well with the same data entry amount last week. The problem started occuring when I sent a front end update. At first I thought it was a problem with Office 2007 sp1 not being on my laptop but my main computer has sp1 so I made sure I deployed the update from there.
I haven't made any changes to the backend at all.
Has anyone had this problem before?
Thank you, Rachael
