I cant understand where is the code in example

Actually, I think the images are static; there is no code to change one to the other.

Another option I suppose would be to duplicate the tab control itself, once with all the controls on it, once with no controls, or controls set to 0 height. Then, on the current event code code make one visible and hide the other, and vice versa, depending on what fields were populated, i.e.if the record were blank. It might work, I haven't tried it.
