Tab Control

I have a tab control form with about 5 tabs. However when I move to the tab that has a datasheet form, the page moves down. You have to scroll up to see the above tabs. Is there something I'm missing on this simple tasks? Is it better to have it as a basic form for easier interface. Its so inconvenient for users because for some that are not as computer savvy, when they don't see the tabs on top, they panic

Can you shorten the form any? Sounds like the reduced resolution of their monitors (which has a high coincidence with "not computer savvy", regrettably) compared to yours is causing it to scroll.

I had similar problems with large tabs, modtly those with subforms on them). Setting focus in the top left control does the trick fir me.
