Tab order on a multipage form

I have a form with several pages and a header. I can tab within the header, or within any one of the pages, some of which have subforms, but I am having difficulty tabbing so that the cursor goes from the header to the first page, from the subform on the first page to the second page, etc.

This is my first use of pages in forms, and it is great... except for this little glitch. Help is appreciated!!!

you can set your tab order within the design view with Tools or View and Tab Order
