Tab works but Form view doesn't change for subform?

I have parent form for users to enter basic information regarding a new spending proposal (client name, beginning/ending date etc.), and a subform for them to select a model# and the related quantity they project for sales over the next 12-15 months.

Everything works fine but when they reach the end of the visibile month on the subform (e.g., Jan01-May01 shows initially), they can enter data in the unseen months, but it is not visible to the user. That is, the subform view does not shift to the right as the user enters the data.

Hope this makes sense ... any ideas on how to get this situation corrected?

I was just wondering if the scroll bars for your subform have been set to No.

Unfortunately, SG, the solution is not that easy ... both the main and sub forms scrollbars are set to Both. Don't know if this will help, but the subform scrolls with the tabs as one would expect, but when viewed with the main form, no luck.

I was thinking of setting up 2-3 tabs, but would think this would be a hassel for the user, interrupting their data-entry 'rhythm'... any other thoughts?
