Tabbed Pages

Hello,
What is the best way to incorporate tabbed pages into a form.
Can you use each seperate tabbed page to use information from a seperate table.
That is tabbed page no 1 has info from table no 1
tabbed page no 2 has info from table no 2 and so on.
How would I go about doing this to my form, any help please?
