Table and Form Design

Hi , I need some help to create a table and form. First i give some info about the existing system. We have an application which have three part (main Form (A), Subform (B) and Subform(C) which is in Footer of Subform(B)).Form(A)have shift information ,date.. etc. SubForm(B) have LineID and ProductCode and Subform(C)have some tab and each tab connected with a subform . Now i need to create a new subform for a new tab in third section (Subform C),which will populate the specification based on LineID and ProductCode. So the specifications are different for each Product per line. In form data should populated from the table and also give a input section se user can enter the measurement of each specification.Now the specifications can be date, Pass/Fail or Number. And those specifications need to taken some perticuler time and need to store some table for later use such as for report.
Can someone give me any idea???/?

This is a very complex form design and your description is not very clear.
I don't think there is enough information to give much advice but it does sound like an interesting construction.

Would it be possible to post a sample of the existing database with just a few dummy records?
