Table collection and linking tables

Oh i have the traditional setup of 2 access databases - Front-end and Back-end

There is a function that creates a new tables in the backend.

What i want to do is for the front end to check all the tables that exist in the backend and if they are not linked (i.e new table created) to the front-end then link them.

Any ideas?
