Table Relationships affecting Form

Hi all

I have designed an access data base with the attached table structure.
If someone could review and advise if it looks correct please.

My goal is to have eventually have a form based on the table Materials automatically display the "ProbRisk" and "CritRisk" based on what's selected in "LifeSpanID" and "StkAnalID".

So will the table structure allow this to happen?

Also I have notes on the opening form that I would like to perform but I don't know how to, I have tried many ways but.....:banghead:

In order for readers to comment on your tables and relationships they need to have a meaningful description of your business and processes. Your database structure is intended to support your business, so business description needed.
You can test your model using pencil, paper and sample test data.
