Table relationships?

Hi friends

Plz help me

I have two tables. One is Fabric, second is ordered. In Fabric I have Fabric Id and Fabric name and in Ordered we have supplier, ordered date, quantity, arrival etc etc. Now when I enter Two suppliers for one fabric, fabric also appears twice in datasheet view. I want fabric to appear once for many suppliers...
Is this something related to table relationship?

If I understand you correctly, you are viewing your Orders table in Datasheet view. If this is the case and you are wanting to see all orders for a Fabric, where Fabric only appears once with all applicable order information, Datasheet view will not do this for you. You will need either a form or report to give you that kind of format.

Even in form view, it appears more than once

Check you grouping and format settings. You can't have the Fabric info in the detail section.

I don't think your data structure (tables and relationships) is correct. Sounds like you may/could have 2 suppliers on the same Order??
