Table Structure Help

Hi There Again.

I need help trying to figure out how to create my table correctly. I have not been using Access for a while now, and I have been trying to get my form to save the data correctly.

If anyone can help me sort out what goes where, it would be great.

I am trying to save Course, Date, Course Length to mulitple employees.

I have been trying for so long to get this to work properly. I think I have been trying to make things to complicated.

I have looked at my examples and have re-arranged my fields in my tables, but I would like someone to look at them and suggest to me if I am on the right track or how to put the fields in the proper place.
