Hi

I've given you a copy of my Database.

If you look at relationships you'll see the main tables

Hazard class. Join. Specific hazname. Control data.

Control is a sub sheet of specific.

One to many relationship from Spec to Join and From Haz Class to Join.

Join contains other data like date reviewed, significance and harm (look up fields).

I want to edit control data keeping Class & Specific Haz Name in view.

Class is the general category under which the specific hazards are recorded and then control data added.

Problems Ive encountered:

Please advise the best way to present for editing on a form.

Present screenshots and ask advice on specifc issues - you'll get much more response. Your line "problems I have encountered" is not followed any mention of problems you have encountered!

Many cannot be bothered to dive into a stranger's DB looking for something unspecified, especially when not knowing much about the business or the requirements.
