Take off Parameter popup

There was a field in a template for inventory that I downloaded that I did not need so I deleted it. It was a field for location, but all of the inventory is located in the same area. But when I go to the reports for stock levels by date, item, or reorder level a pop-up appear that states: "Inventory Transactions Extended.Location". It is an enter parameter value pop-up. How do I get rid of this?

There may be a control bound to the now non-existent field. It may also be hiding in Sorting and Grouping.
