test if changes have been made in a form

Is there a way to test/know if any changes or additions have been made since a specific form has been last oppened?

I want to use this in order to avoid the error message I get, when I use the undo command in a form in which nothing has been added or changed, since it was last oppened.

look under help for the Dirty property and the NewRecord property. As I recall both return true if you have altered a record or the focus is in a new record(respectively)
