text alignment

Hi,
I'm trying to align text in a text box. The text string is quite long, a paragraph in fact and I want it to be justified as its for a letter. I am using a text box as the text string changes depending on variables. I am using MS Access 2000 and so far I can only manage to centre, left, right or distribute, none of which are suitable for letters.

Can anyone suggest either how I would justify the text or another method of displaying a variable string on a report that is used for a letter.

Sorry to say there is no way to justify that I know.

Is the wording diffrrent for each record?

Iff not you can put it into word an then put the word document into the access report. although you do have to play with it to fit it in. but it works I do it for letters I mail.

Unfortunatley, yes, each reocrd will have different text so a word document is not suitable. I think I'm going to have to admit defeat on this one! Thanks anyway.
