text box data from tbl

i have a table called :

Tbl_Production

in here is a field called :

PlannedTime

i also have a report that i want to put a textbox on to display the data in the table,

the planned time is seperated by Date and by production line

example

1/1/01 ---- 1440 minutes ----- line 6
2/2/01 ---- 1380 minutes ----- line 5

my report is run depending on a users selection of date and line...

but i want the text box to only show the relevant data for the specific date and line chosen...

what is the best way to do this?

Make those separate fields in your table. That way selection is much easier. You can always put them together for display or whatever. Remember, it is easier to put together than take apart (unlike toys).
