Text box Scroll Bars

Hi,

i would like to understand how will the system determine if it need scroll bars, my situation - i would like to remove it and i don't know what cause it so i should be able to avoid it,

You could set the Text box's Scroll Bars property to None.

i never used to set this property and the scroll bars was never showed up, so and i don't want to have set this whenever i'm using Text box ,that's why i asked how the system determine it so i will be able to avoid it .
