I wonder if anyone could help me out ?? I have a form on which there are multiple text boxes. All of them are unbound however what I would like to be able to do is that on each occasion that I open this form each respective text box would automatically update itself and display a unique record from a specific table and a specified field record. I have looked at many ways to do it - also searched this forum plus Access 2000 help files but am still none the wiser. The theory behind is that these text boxes are 'tied' to a specific Job Position - the only thing that changes is the person occupying the post. I would like to be able to view at a glance these text boxes therefore showing me who at anyone time is actually in post. Can anyone help - my apologies if I have posted this in the wrong forum arena.....??
