Text Dependent on Score

Hi guys wonder if anyone can help me...

basically i have with checkboxes on, in the query it calculates how many check boxes have been ticked and what percentage of them have been ticked...

The user then has a drop down box in order to select the text which should appear...

e.g

5 checkboxes are ticked

Total : 5
Total % : 50

Then user will select from the score drop down : 1 (there are 5 options all together)

This then populates the text: Areas of Concern - Less than 60% Objectives complete depending on the Total %

is there anyway i can skip the user selecting the drop down and the form automatically populating the Score and Text dependent on the Total %?

Any help is appreciated.

Sounds like something in the code requires the drop down to be selected Check your code or paste it here so we can get a better understanding of the situation.

Take a look at some "If.....Then" statements or "Select Case" .... Do a search... One of those sounds like it might work for you.
