I have all the main functionality of my db working now. In my documentation I have created links to the solutions I found in this forum. That way there will be a history on how the code was developed.
I have about a thousand records to add before I proceed with new development (something to keep me busy for a month or two) and I will still have some questions (no doubt) about some bells and whistles I want to add to the program .. but .. Tada! It works!
I just wanted to say thank you for all your patience and your persistence. You must have thought I was awfully thick-headed. But the truth is I have a notoriously flat learning curve.
