I swear that Scott Adams must have worked in my government office incognito

well he must be a pretty rich man by now!

he so accurately catches corporate idiocy.

YOU are calling corporations, idiots!? wasn't it you that said capitalism was the greatest system on Earth!? after all, without corporations, you would starve to death. that is, if the government stopped taking care of you in retirement.

Dilbert captures that in so many beautiful yet funny ways.

speaking of beautiful things, have you heard of this group (per their name)?

I am not calling corporations idiots. Corporations are a legally fictitious person for business purposes. They have ZERO brains. Idiocy comes from the people who work in corporations and who strongly exhibit the "Peter Principle" - that people rise to the level of their incompetence. Capitalism AS A SYSTEM is better than outright socialism or communism. It is an apples-to-oranges comparison if you try to compare corporations to capitalism.

Regarding Fr. Philippe - Have not heard of the group or person and don't care.

Amen, and thank you. I was inclined to make the same comment but did not have the time when I first read it. Here is something along the same line. At the restaurant, this morning a fellow Navy friend and I were discussing the problems with socialized medicine. A liberal guy at the next table said you guys are on socialized medicine because you go to the VA. We tried to explain to him that we earned it, but even that is not the biggest problem. While yes, I go to the VA, I also go to private doctors. Under socialized health care I don’t have that choice.

Unfortunately, only the illustrative "tip of the iceberg". The greater context, anyone who disagrees with the shifting and undisclosed positions of the shadowy never seen "they" is denounced and shutdown. Question the election results, Hunter Biden laptop, the origin of Covid-19, and the policy responses to Covid-19; you are de-platformed. Orwell's "Ministry of Truth" is here to help us "understand".

This is exactly what my wife and I do, when watching interviews on the TV. Evaluate the background books!!!

That's funny! Does anyone else find it a bit creepy how these 'magic backgrounds' look weird when other activity/people are in a caller's background, and they're not supposed to be seen, but they manifest themselves in the form of squishy looking bulges, pulsating out of the sides of people's heads?

Are you a bit self-centered? Everything is about you? I would be surprised if Scott Adams knows about you. But then ...

I know at lease 10 people that cry poverty that don't hold a regular job that I can't get to do some handy man jobs around my house. I offer to pay them whatever they ask.

As I travel I see many people with signs at intersections that say will work for food. A close friend owns a Fence company. He would pull up and say I have a fence job across the street. I will pay you cash to help me unload the truck. Never had one taker. The fools are the ones that give them money. Well, maybe it made them feel good for doing there good deed for the day,
