'The command or action SendObject isn't available now' ?

I had the sendobject in a macro to send an email to me when it finished running. Out of the blue, it stopped sending emails. It will run correctly from all machines except mine.

I've seen this message before but whatever the problem was always went away. Now it appears permanent.

Does anyone know of a setting within access that would control this action?
