The order of a report

Hi,

Not being any kind of expert, I have created a report using the Wizard and later have spent a while making changes to the layout which actually took quite a while for one reason or another.

I am now aware that the information which appears in the printed report is ordered alphabetically from a field I don't wish to use for the ordering. I really don't want to start again because it took an age the first time. Can someone give me a step by step guide to alter the order to that of a different field? I can't find the answer in the Microsof help pages.

In the design view of your report, goto to View -> Sorting & Grouping and arrange your sorting from there.
