the selected item (each),from combo box list,should open different forms

i want to open an excel file by command button.
but i have to open from combo box list which contain number of items.
and i have to choose a item from it and then it should open the
corresponding excel file directly when i click on it .
i have already created another field in the table and made the datatype Text.
which has the full path to the excel.

Pls Help!!!!!!!
