the value that the user enter (how to use it in a query)?

hello guys,
I have a form that contains of a field of (list type), I want the value of the list based on a query, this query is based on a value that entered by the user in another field in the same form. Can you tell me how can i do this?

Do you mean an access 2007 multi value field?
