If I import a form or report from an old version of my database, the command buttons seem to lose most - but not all - of their color values.
"Use Theme" goes to No, while "Hover Color", "Pressed Color", "Hover Fore Color" and "Pressed Fore Color" all go to #FFFFFF, whereas on the old version of the db they were for example Accent 1 Darker 25% or Text 1 Lighter 25% . "Back Color" and "Border Color" retain their required values of Accent 1, Lighter 40%, so some aspects of the theme are being retained.

Any idea what's going on here ?

one of the database options is "use window themes"

if you select this, your controls take on a standard theme. Having said that, certain bg and fg colours and other attributes will over-ride the scheme.

do your fg and bg colours have large negative values. That's the way the theme works.
