This is so odd

I have an Access database that sits on a folder on our network. Only three users have access to it, so there is rarely any conflicts with it. However, one of the guys using it is generating different results when he views only one of the reports. We all access the database using a shortcut on our desktops, but his is the only report that shows completely different numbers. Any ideas on this? This used to work, I'm not sure what has happened.

I suspect that he's linked to a different back-end.
