"this key is already associated with an element of this collection"

i am using the form wizard to create a form.

i have defined a foreign key between one tables primary key and another table.

i wish to include fields from both tables on my form - and when i do i get this error:

"this key is already associated with an element of this collection"

any ideas gurus?
