Three databases one switchboard

I have three different databases, engineering, properties, and my contacts.
I would like to have one switchboard that I can put on my desktop to access all three databases. Is this possible?

I have three databases.

NOT tables. each database has its own tables.

We have three different databases for three different departments in our co., I access all three databases on a daily basis, so I was wondering if it was possible to have one switchboard on my desktop that will give me access to all three databases.

LOL.. I am unsure as to what you are talking about.. I am fairly new at access.. front end? Back end?
