I have table name Employees which has photo as OLE object as one of the many fields. I have 20 thumbnail on a form that are not bound to the table Employees but are the picture of the employees. I also have a larger bound OLE object on the form bound to the table employees photo field. When I click the thumbnail of the employee I want to form to query so that it can fill the bound control on thr form to that Employee in the thumbnail. I know then my form has to be bound to a query but how.
