Tick box Searches

Hi what im after is a form that has tick boxes (that match my tables tick boxes) that when you select these boxes and press a run search button it produces a list with those records that have the boxes ticked. maybe it could produce a sperate list with partial matches too or there could be a second button for partial matches im not sure, anyone give me a clue on how to do this, thanks
