Time conversions: seconds to 00:00:00 format

I am unable to locate information on converting time for display in forms or reporting that converts gross numbers of seconds into Hrs:Mins:Secs. I receive raw data for phone activity that only reports in seconds. I have to convert into decimals of averages of minutes, hours, etc in the query. When others view the data, they complain that it is not in standard time convension for viewing. Is there a solution to this? Thanks in advance for any input.
