I have many users of a db that i have created, but they are not as familiar as I. How can I remove the File,Edit,View Menu bar (including the min/max/close button - I have set Log In and Log Out details to be recorded on the Main Menu form Close button and using the close button in the Application titlebar bypasses the vba code for MY close button.

Any help/suggestions will be appreciated

There are other ways but I would just make the forms pop up. They will still see all the items but won't be able to use them including the close on the main window.

You're a Genius

:) :) :) Gotta Love It. I had used the pop-up property prior, but hadn't used them as maximized forms (ever!!!), but I am now the wiser.
Cheers.
This forum has proved to be an amazing wealth of information, keep it up!

....more help please

When you form is in "Pop-Up" mode and Modal is set to true, how do you get the preview screen of a report to then be the active screen (data check before wasting paper and lots of it). My reports are now opening behind the popup screen. any suggestions.........

Sorry I failed to think of that potential problem. I would have the forms close when the report opens. but then the users could get to the tool bars.

An even better solution is Hide the access window all together.
but this requires you to put the report in snapshot view.

See this linkHide Access

Or I just ran across this on hiding menu barshide menu
