To stote the result in excel sheet in the attached format

Hi All

I want to display the result of a query in excelsheet in the format attached with this.
I am writing the following query:

Select [date],BatchNo,Clientname,,..........where condition....

I have no idea how the result can be displayed in the exact format attached with this request.

Could anyone please help me..
