Total of month's total (1 Viewer)

Hi guys,

I have a reported grouped by month, I show every record for a month then in the end I have the total for that month, this part works fine. Now what I want is the total of all months, but When I try this I have an error, I put this in page footer:
Put a text box and control source = Sum([valor]), How can I calculate the total for all records?

Hi rich,

that's not what I need, as I wrote in the first post, for every month in report I have the total, total.controlsource = sum ([valor]), this gets the total for January, February, March, etc. Now what I need is to whole total in the end of the report, but if I put total1.controlsource = sum ([valor]) in page footer I get an error, How can I solve this?

It is what you need, the Sum(Valour) belongs in the Report footer and not the Page Footer
