Hi

I ahve a quote screen that as potentially 10 areas to add prices in and each one with free text descritption field.

On the report for this quote I Only want to see the fields with a price >0 and not all 10 and I only want to see the description fields if it as a price

so for example

Building 1 £1.00 Main
Building 2 £0.00 Shed
Building 3 £1.00 Office 1
Building 4 £0.00 Office 2
Building 5 £3.00 Office 3

On the report I would like to have, in this example

Building 1 £1.00 Main
Building 3 £1.00 Office 1
Bulding 5 £3.00 Office 3
Total £5.00

So if anyone could help or advise

1. how to just show the ones with prices in and alos not to leave blanks between line
2. How to create the total field (not sure if it would ahve to ignore the 0.00 value fields.

I have a similar code in the address field;

=([sitename]+(Chr(13) & Chr(10))) & ([siteAddr1]+(Chr(13) & Chr(10))) & ([siteAddr2]+(Chr(13) & Chr(10))) & ([siteAddr3]+(Chr(13) & Chr(10))) & ([sitecounty]+(Chr(13) & Chr(10))) & ([sitepostcode]+(Chr(13) & Chr(10)))

This is ok for the address line because I can out a general header of Customer Address, however in the case above I need to have Headings otr text relating to each one

Bulding Price 1 £2.00
Building price 2 £4.00 etc...........


So is there a way to put headers in the code above? The field names are obvioulsy different but if someone could point me in the right direction that would be excellent.
