Transferring from lotus to access

I have been using lotus for a while now, however, i just got microsoft access and I want to transfer all of my lotus work to access. Is this possible? and if so, how do i do it? thank you

Taking a shot in the dark, I would say export from LOTUS into a delimited text file, then import it back into Access. Once you have it there, make the determinations as to what the table structures should be. IF you want to replicate the LOTUS stuff, then attempt a direct import from lotus into access. I do believe that the two can communicate.
