Transferring records from ACCESS to SQLSVR using ADO (1 Viewer)

Thank you for taking time out to read this message, I need some ideas how to transfer a bulk of records from ACCESS table to an SQLSVR table, I need to do this in one process in ADO.

I know how to write stored procedures if it helps with your answer.
