I have created a spreadsheet using the TransferSpreadsheet method.

How do I use the same method again on the same spreadsheet i.e. the second lots of data goes to a secong worksheet.

you can't - not using TransferSpreadsheet.
you can only create a new Workbook

to create a new worksheet in the named workbook, i suppose you would have to create a reference to your Excel book, then open and copy a recordset using ADO.
