Trigger table update or insert (1 Viewer)

Hi

I have a couple of forms with subforms that collect data for good inwards and dispatch.

I want to create a tracking system and log some products seperately in a table.

The data from the forms seems to get put into the main tables fairly automatically I assume as the control is bound to the table field.

But I cant figure out how to trigger an additional update or insert sql when the main data is written.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
