Trump is still the world's best bet ... (1 Viewer)

Can there even be a United States if we do not come together on freedom of speech. Nothing is more important than to have the confidence to speak up about what is so obvious. There just isn't anything more important. The electoral college system is based on States having the right to have their votes matter as a STATE and not be up to a few states that happen to have more people in them. It's the United States, not the peoples republic of insanity. We have the right person in office to make a huge difference in the direction we take as a nation. We don't wish any ill will against anyone that did not vote for a particular party. It's sad that there has to be a divide at all. We wish that everyone has a voice and that their voice be heard without censorship or demonization.

I'm not worried about what is going to happen, I'm worried about how those that are unable to see the truth react to the will of the people. Nothing is more sacred than the will of the people and they have spoken loudly and clearly. There is no controversy at all in this election.

I do want us to come together as a nation at the very least on the that. We will always have different points of view, but we should not drown out the other side. You have a right to be heard and we all should listen to what you have to say.

Question for you! I've just seen this posted on Twitter... It is Donald Trump explaining how he's going to change the education system taking it away from the federal level and placing education back at the state level.... ( I might have that wrong I'm British!)

My question!!! --- is your news media showing you this? --- if not then maybe you need to be on Xwitter

If you have to rely on X for breaking news I'd have to say no they are not covering it. But then again I don't watch much main stream, there's simply no reason.

This time around, Trump understands what he can and cannot do. Good for America.

The DOE came into being back in the 70's and apparently no one was ever given the task of determining if they were fulfilling their mandate. So we've had 50 years of a downward spiral in educational quality and extreme increase in cost per student in the US. Trump will finally stop the bleeding.

Javier Milei: Argentina’s Donald Trump?

Recently, His Excellency Javier Milei, President of the Argentine Republic, delivered a stirring political speech that has drawn international attention—not just for its content but for how it was presented. The speech, originally delivered in Spanish, was transformed using cutting-edge AI technology to produce an English rendition in Milei’s own voice, courtesy of HeyJen.

The result is remarkable. Milei’s fiery rhetoric, translated seamlessly, retains the emotional charge and charisma of his original delivery. This technology doesn’t just translate words; it captures tone, cadence, and personality, making the English version as impactful as the original. For anyone who’s ever experienced the detachment of a lifeless robotic translation, this is a game-changer. It brings world leaders closer to a global audience, removing the barriers of language while preserving authenticity.

Milei’s political style invites inevitable comparisons to former U.S. President Donald Trump. Like Trump, he is a disruptor, unafraid to wield his "chainsaw" policies against entrenched bureaucracies and traditional political norms. Both leaders have harnessed media—both traditional and digital—to deliver unfiltered messages directly to their supporters, bypassing gatekeepers and critics.

Milei’s speech underscores the convergence of politics and technology. His unapologetic language, combined with the powerful AI-enhanced delivery, demonstrates how technology is reshaping not just how leaders communicate but how their audiences perceive them.

This moment is more than just a speech. It’s a glimpse into the future of political communication, where technology amplifies the voices of global leaders, uniting them with audiences across linguistic and cultural divides. Javier Milei’s AI-powered presentation is not just noteworthy; it’s revolutionary.

Excellent video clip. As a Tocqueville follow-up:
The US is currently $36 Trillion dollars in debt because Congress is bribing the public through deficit spending.

The above summarizes the Biden administration's (socialistic) "equity" policies and denigration of free-speech re-characterized in Orwellian fashion as "hate speech" and/or "disinformation".

This is why Musk will sort out the corruption.

Not by legislation, but by giving the population power over the politicians!

If you don't have time to watch the Javier Milei interview with Lex Friedman, here is a very good 20 minute compilation:-

Rogan argued that this election shows that the tide has turned, however.

"They had control of the media up until now. This election was the first time they didn’t really have control of the media anymore," Rogan argued.

When asked why this is, the podcaster replied, "Because of us, because of podcasts. Because of social media, because of X."

I would add a really fine point to Rogan's comments: The media didn't have control over its audience because their extreme reporting style finally faded into enough transparency that we could see through them to the lies.
