I have created some tables for orders, customers, products and so on, and I hope they are linked properly, and I have been getting help in anotheer thread, but I am wondering, am I expecting too much, and perhaps not using the right part of what access offers. I have already put all my customer data in. Each customer has bought a variety of tickets or accomodation. I now want to add this info to the data base.
Where should I be adding it? into a form? and if so, how do you get the form to bring up a persons surname? or should I be adding it somewhere else?
Am I trying to do the right things for my needs? which is to just track who has bought what tickets.
Thoughts welcome!
Thanks

Typically a FORM is the only place where you should Enter/Delete or Update Data.

You are just going through a learning curve. Perhaps you are getting confused with so much new information.

If you create the correct Schema (Table Design) you can do almost anything.

Just keep solving one problem at a time and before you know it things will start to fall into place.

Thanks,Good advice, although hard to realise at the time.
I have had a break through, and things are working, my tables forms and a mail merge! my first ever! thanks for your help,

Good news.

Best of luck with that learning curve.
