Currently, I can print one month (in calendar style) per page with events (sick, discretionry day off, vacation, etc)
here is the table.

rptMyCalendar print the same info display in the form above (frmLeaveRequest)
I have also attached how all 12 months in one report should look like. Can anyone please help me ? Most of the work is done and I am sure just little tune up is needed to accomodate all 12 months on one page report. Please suggest. I would greatly appreciate your generous help and time.
