Don't know if anyone can help??? Basically I've had a go at designing a database but there is one thing that's really getting to me!!
In form view I've got it all set out so you can see contact, phone number, web address etc. and email. I want it so that when I click on the email it automaticaly brings up a blank email box if you know what I mean??? Can anyone help me on this or give me any ideas that will help????

You can try the on click event of the command button with code similar to this. just need to edit and modify to your needs. Also there are a great number of posts about emailing.

Private Sub Command61_Click()
On Error GoTo CheckError
strToField = Me.SupervisorEmail

DoCmd.SendObject acSendReport, "rptWorkOrder", acFormatSNP, strToField, , , "Work Order Request.", "Work Order Request.", , False

CheckError:

End Sub

Hi,

Been working on a sting alignment problem, check out the attachment I posted. Look for "cvCrLf in a string" in the subject.

The db will send info in a form through email.

Removing the last "False" criteria in the docmd. send will bring up email messsage in edit mode.
