Attached here with is a image of my invoice form. in the titlebar you would see that the after thedatabase name there is form name but it is eclosed in square brackets... how can i remove these square brackets.

in the properties of your form, use the caption property and give a suitable name for your form.

it did on mine ... which version of access you're using ? I'm using Access 2000.

the same ... Access 2000 with Arabic. If followed you advice and tried in the new database also. there also in my form the title baron the very top has the database name with the form name in Square Brackets.

i tried using a popup form. In the title bar of the Popup form the name comes with the square brackets bu when the form is open in normal fashion i,e with the database name on the left it has square brackets with it.. any ideas how to remove these brackets

is your form maximised ? try to restore it, it should work.
