Hello all,

Can someone tell me how to add an imgedit control to a form. I have installed a scanner and the software. The .OCX drivers are there, but the controls don't show up in the list of ActiveX controls. Am I missing something here or do I need to register them somehow?

Any ideas. Thanks

The imgedit.ocx and imgscan.ocx drivers point to a Kodak Image control. Can I use that or do I need to unregister that and re-register the controls? I guess I'm confused on this.

Thanks.

That worked. I think. Used StartScan...The picture doesn't show up in the ImgEdit control though. Should it?
Any help would be appreciated.

Still struggling

I have added a imgedit control and an imgscan control to my form and have set the imgscan's destination to the imgedit control. A button starts the scanner, but it's not showing up in the imgedit control. It pops up on a separate window.(clipboard?)

Can someone give me clue how to get it to show up in the imgedit control?

I would be in your debt.

Thanks.

Got it!!!

Took a little time, but it worked!

imgscan call list?

I would like to scan in an image at a time, store it on a drive, and then of course save the filename in a record. I'm trying pretty hard to find the information on how to make calls against the imgscan.ocx but have not found anything yet.

does anyone have a link where it shows all the options?
